Thank you to the campus community for your participation in meetings and events during the Evaluation Team visit. Team members met with individuals and attended regularly scheduled college meetings, including those of the

The Evaluation Team chair will submit the team's report to ACCJC, which at its January 2012 meeting will take action regarding the reaffirmation of De Anza's accreditation.


College Opening Day Activities, Sept. 23, 2011

Accreditation was the centerpiece of College Opening Day activities Sept. 23, with a special focus on the Evaluation Team visit Oct. 24-27.


President Brian Murphy acknowledged the dedicated work of faculty, staff and administrators collegewide and introduced Standards tri-chairs and teams. Each of the approximately 400 attendees received the Accreditation Reference Guide and participated in an accreditation quiz answered through text-message polling.
