Budget To Be Released - Jan. 5, 2012

CEOs and CBOs-

As you may have heard, there was an inadvertent leak of the Governor's
proposed budget on the Department of Finance website. Because of this,
the governor has decided to release the budget early and will be
holding a press conference at 2:30pm today.  If you would like to
