Dear Colleagues,

Happy Friday! At least we have a bit of good budget news today with Facebook's IPO. My favorite joke this morning is that Facebook had to go public because it couldn't figure out its privacy settings either.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that we discovered some data errors on the FTES impacts of the budget scenarios we posted Tuesday. The dollar reductions remain the same.

We have delayed releasing a sample letter as we assess budget politics and consult with our community college and K-12 partners. This is an extraordinarily difficult budget to navigate--financially, politically, and in a policy sense. We hope to have more guidance early next week.
