The effects of Proposition 30 and Proposition 38 on Community Colleges - Aug. 22, 2012

We continue to receive a lot of questions relating to how Proposition 30 (Governor's plan) and Proposition 38 (Molly Munger's initiative for K-12) affect community colleges. Because only one can go into effect, it is important to understand the differences. Below is a memo describing the impact of each on community colleges. This memo does not advocate the passage of either message, so feel free to circulate it on your campus.
