New to De Anza! This service is provided by the DASB Student Rights and Services Committee in collaboration with The Institute of Community and Civic Engagement. The food is provided by West Valley Community Services. Campus Cupboard is a major supporter of the academic pursuits of our De Anza college students. This project will provide low-income students with food that would aid them on their path through higher education.

Please fill out and turn in forms to the ICCE office:
Intake Form
Self Certification for Income Form
Authorize Release Form

Printed applications are available in both the ICCE office (east cottage) and the DASB office (lower Hinson Campus Center).  Completed applications should be turned into the ICCE office. 

AB540 students can provide any income verification documents in place of a FAFSA form.

This service is only available to the first 50 approved applicants.
