Career Center
Provides career advisement, career assessment, and workshops on resume writing,
interviewing skills, and job search strategies.
DSS
Provides services for disabled students including assistive computer technology
support, registration assistance, academic accommodation, and test facilitation.
EOPS
Provides support services to economically and educationally disadvantaged students
including academic and personal counseling, peer advising, and priority registration.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid is available through the college for students who need financial
assistance in order to pursue their education. The De Anza College Financial
Aid Office provides aid in the form of grants, waiver (BOGW), scholarships,
loans, and work study.
Honors Program
An interdisciplinary learning community for eligible students who enjoy
small classes, making connections between disciplines, and collaborating with
faculty and other students.
International Student Office
Primary office on campus that addresses the needs of De Anza's international
student population. Prospective and degree-seeking international students are
encouraged to contact the International Student Office. Issues I-20 for international
(F-1 VISA) students.
NASA/AMES
Internships
Through this unique, collaborative program between De Anza College and NASA/AMES,
students are offered paid, one-year internships in many major-related areas.

RENEW Re-entry Services
Specializes in addressing the needs and concerns of non-traditional
students who are making the transition back to school.
Special Ed
Four programs (Adapted PE, DSS, EDC, HOPE) serving the more than 2,000 students
with a variety of disabilities that are enrolled each year.
Student Success & Retention Services
Center formerly SLAMS, STARS & Puente Project
Facilitates the matriculation of students with historically low retention and
transfer rates, first-generation college students and re-entry students. The
center provides a supportive community of peer mentors, tutors, faculty, and
staff and assists students with defining and successfully achieving their educational
goals.
Tutorial Center
Provides free individual, group, and/or drop-in tutoring in most academic subjects
during day and evening hours. For math and science subjects, tutoring is available
in Room E-36. For all other subjects, tutoring is available in L-47.
Transfer Information
Provides a broad range of information on transfer requirements to the UC &
CSU Systems and to Private Universities.
