Italians are world-famous for pasta, and this class shows how easy making pasta from scratch can be. In this class, students will learn to make two types of pastas and how to pair each with a complementary sauce.

- Homemade maltagliati pasta with chickpeas and prosciutto
- Homemade saffron tagliatelle pasta with shrimp and cherry tomato sauce
- Lemon panna cotta with lemon marmalade
