Join Maria Luisa Manca and learn how to prepare dishes that are true to Italian home cooking. These recipes are family favorites that are guaranteed to please everyone at the dinner table.

Menu

• Mini bell peppers stuffed with breadcrumbs, capers and herbs
• Spaghetti with roasted pumpkin, dry porcini mushrooms and sausage sauce
• Beef roll-ups with bitter orange marmalade and pecorino cheese
• Pistachio tiramisu

This class will introduce the student to the basic cooking techniques and teach useful tips. We will cook together and taste in class. I will provide copies for every recipe to bring home.
