Promote Your Campus Event on www.deanza.edu
We encourage De Anza College event organizers to promote public campus events on the online Events Calendar.
Sign up for
an events calendar account
Post event entries directly to the events calendar system.
Faculty and staff members who are responsible for
coordinating department or program events, including student-sponsored
activities, may post event entries directly to the events calendar
system.
To get started, e-mail the Web Team at webteam@deanza.edu with the following:
- Your Name
- Department
- Position
- Phone Number
- Note: Only requests from @deanza.edu or @fhda.edu e-mail addresses will be accepted.
You will be provided an Events Calendar account with instructions for submitting, editing and deleting events within the De Anza public Events Calendar system.

What Qualifies as a Public Campus Event
A De Anza public event is defined as any activity that includes all of the following:
- Open to anyone on campus (including students, faculty, staff and community members) for free or by admission price.
- Sponsored
by an officially recognized campus department or program; a recognized,
registered or sponsored student group; student government units; or a
sponsored departmental or campus organization.
- Located on
the campus, with the exception of De Anza student performances that
must be held in nearby venues due to space limitations
The Web Team and Marketing
Communications Department reserve the right to edit/not accept event
listings if they do not meet the above mentioned criteria or violate
local, state or federal law or college regulations.
Do not include staff development or faculty training events.
Contact the Scheduling Office at scheduling@fhda.edu for posting to De Anza's internal room reservation Master Calendar system.
