Freeze! 350@De Anza Climate Action

Description: On Saturday, Oct. 24, the 350.org International Day of Climate Action is planned to be the most widespread day of environmental action in the planet’s history.

On Thursday, Oct. 22, join De Anza College students, faculty and staff in the Main Quad at 1:23 p.m. for 3 minutes and 50 seconds to help create awareness in our own community about climate change.

Stop by the Sunken Garden starting at 12:20 p.m. to find out how we will gather for a photo op at 1:23 p.m. to highlight the number 350.

What does the number 350 mean? Scientists say that 350 parts per million CO2 in the atmosphere is the safe limit for humanity. Learn more at http://www.350.org
