"An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know.  It's being able to differentiate between what you know and what you don't."

Welcome to my faculty webpage!  Please feel free to explore the links provided on the left hand margin designed to help students successful navigate through the community college system.

I am full-time community college counselor in the counseling center located on the second floor in the Registration & Student Services (RSS) building.  Counselors provided academic, career, and personal counseling services to assist students in completing their educational goal.

I have been working at De Anza College since 2007.  My previous experience in education involves working with under-served and first-generation college students.  I have also worked with assessment, outreach, and admission & records at other colleges.

My new passion includes getting students connected to service learning opportunities out in the community to foster their sense of civic and community engagement.

Thank you for reading!
