Welcome to  CD 64 - Health, Safety, and Nutrition

First Aid is part of the Health, Safety and Nutrition class.  Students enjoy hands on activities such as gloving and bandaging each other.  This class introduces students to a holistic approach to childhood education.  Teachers must help parents to meet the needs of children in a safe, healthy environment.  The nutritional needs of the child must be met in order to stay healthy and avoid diseases and obesity which has taken hold of more than 60% of our children today..
