Contract Law

This course provides an introduction to and exploration of legal contracts, and provides the student with an applied approach to contract law for paralegals. The student will learn the legal principles involved in contract law and, upon successful completion of the course, will be able to complete basic contracts with the oversight of a managing attorney.
