| VSA Spring Performance
on Saturday, May 7: The Vietnamese Student Association will
present its annual cultural performance of Vietnamese music, dances,
songs, skits, and fashion from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Flint Center. A dance

Herb Patnoe Memorial Jazz Festival on Thursday,
May 12: Highlighting the program will be the De Anza Daddios
Jazz Ensembles and bop-oriented trombonist Bill Watrous. The program
begins at 7 p.m. at the Cupertino Community Hall (in the same building

“The Duel at De Anza” Autocross on Sunday,
May 15: Cars driven in the 2003 autocross will be eligible to
participate in this year’s event to be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. in Parking Lot B. It is free for spectators. Call (408) 864-8527.

De Anza Student Art Show from May 16 to June 9:
The Euphrat Museum of Art will present this juried exhibition featuring
a wide variety of exciting work. An artist reception and an awards ceremony

American Indian Arts Market and Pow Wow
on May 20, 21 and 22: At this 25th annual event, enjoy the drumming,
dancing, contests, art and food in the S-Quad adjacent to the Learning
Center. Grand entries will begin on Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at noon,
and Sunday at noon with arts and food available starting two hours before

Student Film Festival on Friday, June 10:
The Film/Television Department will showcase some of the best student

38th Commencement on Saturday, June 25: Graduation
will honor hundreds of De Anza students earning associate degrees this
year. The ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. at the Outdoor Events Arena.
