Prerequisite: Biology 40B with a grade of C or better

Four hours lecture, three hours lab. 

This 12-week course covers the following topics in Anatomy and Physiology:

• Digestion
  
• Metabolism
  
• Renal function
  
• Immune response
  
• Endocrine control
  
• Reproduction
  
• Genetics

This is the third quarter of a 3-quarter course on human anatomy and physiolgoy. In general, we will cover physiology in lecture and study anatomy in lab. 

You will learn the anatomy and physiology of the body systems listed above and study associated disorders and diseases.  In lab, you will not only learn the anatomy of these body systems but also discuss case studies and present current research.
