Charge

• To develop principles and processes for allocating additional funding to the college.
  
• To coordinate with district budget committee and to disseminate budget information back to the Planning/Budgeting Teams and to the College Leadership Team.
  
• Sets the budget development calendar and reviews process for development of college budget.
  
• Review budget expense and income patterns for all funds.
