Thursday:   Come to class prepared to defend three of his/her

                   views�bring authoritative supporting quotes to class.

                   Assign/ prepare in class essay #3.

***Pick: ONE CANDIDATE and THREE KEY ISSUES

Come to class on Thursday with notes on your candidate and how s/he stands on your chosen issues.  Have at least one quote from the candidate (or from another authoritative source) showing the candidate�s position on each of the issues you have chosen and why you agree with him/her.

Be ready to articulate and defend your choice to vote for your candidate based in particular on the issues you have studied.  On Monday, February 4th, we will debate these issues and candidates.  On Tuesday, February 5th, in class, you will write an essay articulating and supporting your views.
