Many lenders participate in the Federal Stafford Loan and Federal PLUS
Loan Programs. The promissory note, eligibility certification, initial interest rate, and repayment rights and responsibilities are the same, regardless of lender.

Lender will differ in their level of customer service and may offer
special benefits, discounts, or incentives during repayment.
