Ooh La La!
A Jeroboam of Grand Cru Agrapart & Fils champagne
The French Cellar is pleased to offer this rare, incomparable champagne of 100% Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay grapes. Three liters of non-vintage champagne are in this bottle. It is said that the larger the bottle, the better the wine. Although it is a nonvintage champagne, it has been resting in the bottle for more than three years. Created by one of the oldest and most respected champagne houses in Avize, the fourth generation Agrapart family lovingly grow their own grapes and harvest them entirely by hand. This is a great toasting or cocktail champagne that does not need food for balance or enjoyment. Alice Waters also appreciates the champagnes of the Agrapart family and serves this particular nonvintage Blanc de Blancs by the glass at her Berkeley restaurant, Chez Panisse.
