Meeting Notes - February 19, 2016


1) Approve Notes from January 29, 2016

The notes were approved.


2) Work on Accreditation Standards 3.A, 3.B, and 3.D (3.D includes: Liabilities and Contractual Agreements) - Resources  Draft 02/18/16

The team reviewed and discussed the standards in detail. The team agreed to work in sub groups. Watson would be the lead for the Human Resources section. Joseph would be the lead for the facilities section. Cheu would be the lead for the contracts section.

To assist in the process, a first draft is underway and will be completed before the sections are allocated.

To address concerns over version control when working on a collaborative document is was agreed that information would be entered directly into the working document using Office 365 version control.
