III. An example of how Annual Program Review information ca be used:

The Annual Program Review update’s potential to provide valuable information towards identifying resource allocation needs were discussed.  Identifying the “source codes” for the resource allocation requests are currently not being listed in the Annual Program Review update reports because the authors may or may not know the information and the fact that several sources may apply to a requested item also may become a factor that an administrator needs to sort out.

 

IV. Good of the Order:

 Rowena Tomaneng reported that a group representing De Anza at the RP Conference would be willing to share some examples of program review reports and processes. 

 Espinosa-Pieb noted that last year’s Annual program review resource requests were already used by the District in planning the Measure E campaign. She also emphasized that resource allocations will and must be linked to assessment and a robust  Annual Program Review process.
