Approval of Notes – October 17, 2017 were approved.
Proposal to add CTE faculty seat –
Bryant explained to the committee that the rational of the proposal is to have a representation from CTE area for any changes and/or budget allocation i.e., Strong workforce, Perkins, Instructional Equipment.
Nguyen will follow up with Academic Senate.
IPBT membership from Governance Handbook needs to be confirmed.
After a lengthy discussion regarding a proposal to add CTE faculty to the IPBT membership the group decided to bring this agenda item back to the next meeting.
Program Review in Groups - Q & A -- Training for Programs Making Requests -
IPBT members broke in small groups to review & assist guests (deans & department chairs) to determine the correct funding source for requests.
