Equity Discussion - Questions and concerns - 1) Does each department have to have an Equity Plan? (each area that completes a Program Review should have an equity plan. 2) A&R could determine success rates by each milestone from applying to graduation, but data is not available in IR. 3) How can A&R write about equity if it can't be measured in their services. 3) How do we define "division & department" for equity planning - Equity Core Team and participation on the Equity Action Council?

Equity is both of the "affective" domain and structurally - do not have access to basic skills classes/sections is an institutional/structural issue.
