Program Review Status Update & Reader Assignments reviewed.
Request - Reader provide writer feedback (in person if possible) by 5/16 to make changes before 5/30. PRs will be posted on the web site by the end of June. Recommendation to organize the PRs during the summer for discussion in the fall related to needed resources.
Review of the Annual Governance Assessment and Annual Review of the ACCJC SSPBT Planning Agendas included: Fewer ongoing planning agendas in the next self study because of the work on 11 B. 3. C, 11 B. 3. E; provide a link to locate them; add a completion date and an ongoing process; work on the SSSP continues to move forward; meet with the other PBTs (goal for SSPBT)

Discuss our time line because the quarter system makes it difficult to match the time line set up. Suggestion - review every quarter instead of the end of the year. Haynes & Cook to meet and discuss what to send to Newell.

Members approved the new SSPBT Mission Statement and it will be updated on the web site. Forward to Newell to update the governance handbook.
