Our Charge

At the request of the College Council, prompted by the Academic Senate's November 2010 Resolution, the Governance Task Force is engaging in a comprehensive review of shared governance processes and bodies at De Anza College. Its scope includes the following:

• Document shared governance processes
• Clarify and modify the current decision-making chart
• Produce a shared governance handbook (brief summary description of shared governance groups, their charge, membership, role in shared governance decision-making, etc.)
