November 3, 2011 AgendaDRAFT AGENDA
A = Action D = Discussion I = Information
* ETS has asked us to make our first prioritization of projects under the new process at our next meeting. Please review the attached documents in advance of our Thursday meeting and come prepared to ask questions, take positions, and vote on prioritization. The information we have about some projects is very incomplete. Accordingly, rather than attempt to prioritize the whole list, I recommend we entertain motions to upgrade or downgrade individual projects. The four grades are: C = critical, I = Important, N = Nice to have, and a new grade 00 (zero-zero) = Not worth doing, at least not in the next 12 months. Byron
