
Study in China this Summer
Visit China this summer from July 7 to Aug. 5, 2010 through a Campus Abroad trip organized by De Anza College professor Charles Lee.
Earn De Anza Credits: EWRT 1A, EWRT 1B, EWRT 1C or EWRT 2 (5 units) and Mandarin (5 units).
Schedule: Study one week on the De Anza campus and four weeks in China.
Beijing (July 7 - 21)
Tian An Men Square, Forbidden City and the Great Wall of China.
Xian (July 23 - 24)
Big Goose Pagoda, Terra Cotta Warriors, Shangxi Museum, Ancient City and Muslim Temple.
Shanghai (July 24 - Aug. 5)
Yuyuan Garden, Nanjing Road, Pudong Financial District, Oriental Tower, the Bund, 2010 Shanghai World Expo, and more. Plus a full-day excursion to Suzhou City, including visits to Humble Administrator’s Garden.
Cost: Program fee of $2,988.00 includes airfare, food, lodging and assorted fees (based on an enrollment of 15 or more participants). You may be eligible for financial aid!
