If some of your classes were taken at colleges other than De Anza and Foothill, you will need to submit official transcripts to the De Anza Admissions and Records Department. The Program Information document contains a section about official transcripts and their submittal for the nursing program. If classes from other colleges are not evaluated to be equivalent to the nursing prerequisites by Admissions and Records, you may have to submit a General Petition to the appropriate academic department to determine if the classes are equivalent. Call the Nursing Department for further information.
