Prerequisites:

(Restricted to students whose native language is not English.) Prerequisite: English as a Second Language 252 or a qualifying score on the English as a Second Language Placement Test. Corequisite: English as a Second Language 262 students may also enroll in English as a Second Language 261 and 263 concurrently.

Course Description:

Development of advanced reading comprehension, vocabulary building skills, and improved reading rate in extended written materials.
