Prerequisites:

(Restricted to students whose native language is not English.) Prerequisite: Reading 200 (or Language Arts 200), or English as a Second Language 262; or a qualifying score on the English as a Second Language Placement Test. Corequisite: English as a Second Language 272 students may also enroll in English as a Second Language 273 concurrently.

Course Description:

Development of academic vocabulary and reading skills through extensive reading of college level material in English.
