Prerequisites:Corequisite: Health Technology 80A students must also enroll in Health Technology 80. Course Description:Presents the origin of the various types of blood cells with emphasis on the red and white blood cells. The student will learn about human hematological disorders and classify these based on clinical laboratory findings. Admission to the MLT Program is necessary prior to registration. Successful completion of this course, Health Technology 80A, and Health Technology 80 is required to enroll in Clinical Hematology/Urinalysis/Coagulation Practicum, Health Technology 180.
