Prerequisites:(See general education pages for the requirement this course meets.) Advisory: English Writing 211 and Reading 211 (or Language Arts 211), or English as a Second Language 272 and 273. Course Description:An introduction to the discipline of Physical Education through, indoor Cycling. It includes an historical examination of indoor/cycling, spinning. The Cycling program is an individually paced, noncompetitive, group training program designed for all riders and all fitness levels. Cardiovascular fitness and cycling techniques will be improved. Cycling is an exercise performed on a stationary racing bicycle and is performed to music. Training is fast paced, and is open to anyone who is interested in losing body fat, improving cycling techniques, and wants to improve cardio respiration. This course is related to:
