Banner has three essential forms that pertain to class information: SSASECT, SSAACCL, and SIAASGN. All division schedulers have access to these forms, please contact the Scheduling Office if you need assistance or training on these forms.
Did you know that there are scheduling reports available on the Reports tab of MyPortal? Depending on your role and responsibilities—division scheduler, division assistant, and division dean--you may have access to the following reports on MyPortal:
If you currently do not have access to the listed reports above, but need them, then please contact the Scheduling Coordinator (email@example.com) for access. Additional reports, such as cancelled classes, low enrollment classes, and contract related data discrepancies are available upon request.
What about the Open Active Division report in MyPortal? This report extracts information out of Banner Production, and it provides complete class and load information. It is also an excellent report that shows if a contract has been issued and if it has been accepted by the faculty. You could also view a list of students enrolled in a class, and send e-mail to students.
