The Scheduling Office highly value open communication and access to information. We commonly communicate information pertaining to classes and rooms by email, and we will also post the information here on this website. Please contact the Scheduling Office if you have scheduling information you would like to post and share with other divisions, or if there are important scheduling documents you would like to see posted on this website.

Important Scheduling Documents and Resources

• Scheduler Timeline (schedule production dates, i.e. proofing)
• MSI Form (make change for a class, i.e. day, time, room, etc. — in Excel format)
• Footnote System (add, edit, delete footnote for a class section)
• Open Rooms for Fall 2009 Quarter
• Distance Learning & Hybrid List approved by the Curriculum Committee

You can view classroom schedules, hot events taking place at De Anza College, and make a request for classroom space on-line at http://mastercalendar.deanza.edu/.
