LSC 10-year Anniversary Celebration and Raffle

Join us for a fun and inspiring LSC 10-year Anniversary Celebration and Raffle to support the center and its valuable programs.  Enjoy a delicious international lunch, live music, over 30 raffle prizes, and more! The LSC's Second Annual Celebration and Raffle Event (June10, 2011) was a huge success thanks to all your support. Especially, we'd like to thank our volunteers who spent their precious time helping us organize the event, preparing the delicious food, wrapping up the raffle prizes, setting up the chairs and tables, taking beautiful photos, and cleaning up the center after the event was over.

Also, special thanks go to our wonderful volunteer performers, Yuto, James, Lucid Skies Jazz Band (Miki, Evan, and Eric), and Lilian, who lifted everyone's spirit up with their refreshing and lovely tunes - we were truly delighted by your performances!

Finally, we'd like to acknowledge the courage and determination to overcome fear of communicating in a different language that our two student speakers demonstrated during the event. Vicky and Chris, thank you very much for showing everyone the value of the LSC and its programs. 

And of course, many thanks to all of you who contributed to our fundraising efforts by buying raffle tickets!  Congratulations to the winners!

Through this event, we were able to raise $ 2,300. We are truly grateful to all those who participated in the event; the event couldn't have been a success without you. The fund will be used to maintain and improve the LSC's programs in these difficult times.
