LSC Tutoring 

Location: ATC 304 (Advanced Technology Center)

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Thursday: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

What is a Tutoring Session:

Each week the Listening and Speaking Center offers free tutoring sessions for students who want to improve their English communication skills. 

 Students meet with a tutor to work on a topic of their choice for 30minutes.

 Students can get help with their speeches, pronunciation of English words, or conversation  skills and other needs.

It’s helpful if the students come prepared bringing specific questions they have about their speech,
a book from which they can practice pronouncing words, or a topic for conversation.

Students can sign up for one session a day, twice a week.

How to Sign Up:

• Students should sign up in advance in ATC 304. If you sign up, you must show up or cancel your appointment. We encourage the waitlist students to come in case there is an opening.
• Please leave your phone number on the sing-up sheet. We may remind you about your appointment or contact you  if your tutoring session is canceled.
• A weekly schedule is available in ATC 304 and online. Each Monday, there are new sign up sheets for the following week for the LSC tutoring
