Please keep the application in Excel form. The chance of getting an available tutor depends largely on the time slots specified on the application form. The weekly tutoring includes the following courses:
Math: 210*, 212*, 114*, 41, 42, 43, 52, 1A, 10, 11 Physics: 2A, 10, 50 Chem: 1A, 10, 30, 50 Biology: 10, 6A * Please note: Weekly individual tutoring for Math 210, 212, & 114 will require students to sign a participant agreement & complete a study skills packet that builds and enhances student success.
Math Preparation/Review Modules: Prepare for your math placement exam! Get placed in the correct math class. Review pre-algebra or elementary algebra! Do not forget those valuable math skills you learned because classes are full. Improve and refine your math skills!
