Student Success Center Tutorial Programs

Tutee Application

All students must submit a Tutee Application to receive weekly individual tutoring. For drop-in tutoring, no application is necessary--simply come in to ATC 309 for drop-in help with writing and reading, ATC 305 for drop-in help with accounting or economics, and S43 for drop-in help with math, science or technology.

Online students or students who cannot come to campus may download, complete, then e-mail the application documents from the links below.

We will confirm that you are enrolled in the De Anza class for which you are requesting tutoring before processing your application.

For weekly individual tutoring in math or science, please go to S-43 or download the MSTRC tutee application from the Math, Science and Technology Resource Center page.

For weekly individual tutoring in writing, reading please come to the WRC in ATC 309 or download the WRC tutee application from the Writing and Reading Center page.

For weekly individual tutoring in general subjects such as accounting, economics or world languages, come to ATC 305 or download the General Subject tutee application from the General Subject Tutoring page.
