On Tuesday, Microsoft released their normal set of patches for the Second Tuesday of the Month. In addition, Adobe has released several patches for Flash and Shockwave. I would encourage you to patch as soon as possible.

Security Updates Released By: Microsoft, Adobe, Firefox, but not Oracle

Hi everyone,

On Tuesday Microsoft patched a bunch of software. Please run your updater software and get patched. Additionally, a new version of Firefox and Adobe Flash are out, so update as needed.

Unfortunately, there's another Java zero-day that's being widely exploited for which no patch has yet been released. If you don't need to run Java, it's strongly recommended you disable it. If you can't disable Java, consider installing the NoScript plug-in for Firefox and selectively allowing Java to run only on the required sites.
