During the spring quarter every year, our Child Development and Education Department surveys students to collect information critical to our planning efforts. Please visit this page between June 1 and June 24 and click on the link to complete the online survey. When you have completed the survey and clicked "submit," you will be taken to a confirmation page that you can print and give to your instructor.
