This is a reoccuring event.
You live in one of the best places to see birds in the entire country, so why not learn more about the most common 200 of them? Within the Santa Clara County, there are five classes of birds associated with three local kinds of habitats: in the city, by the bay and out in open spaces. “In the city” refers to urban and suburban neighborhoods. “By the Bay” refers to the marshes, ponds and mudflats. “In open spaces” refers to the more open parts of the valley including city, county and state parks, woods and open fields. Each bird is introduced with an illustration as well as information and stories about the bird and its habits.
