10/14/2021

3:30 pm to 5:00 pm

Online via Zoom

The De Anza College community is invited to collaborate with Dr. Tabia Lee (Preferred Name: Lee, Pronouns: She/Her/Hers), De Anza’s new Faculty Director for the Office of Equity, Social Justice, and Multicultural Education, to define and apply important I.D.E.A. concepts (i.e., Identity and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Equality, Access and Acceptance). Collective definitions lead to greater support for collective action.
  • Defining and Applying Identity and Inclusion at De Anza — Oct. 14, 3:30-5 p.m.
  • Defining and Applying Diversity at De Anza — Oct. 21, 3:30-5 p.m.
  • Defining and Applying Equity and Equality at De Anza — Oct. 28, 3:30-5 p.m.
  • Defining and Applying Access and Acceptance at De Anza — Nov. 4, 3:30-5 p.m.
Let’s get started on working together to define what I.D.E.A. means to De Anza and share strategies and tools to elevate I.D.E.A. in our individual classrooms and learning community spaces.
