Intermediate English as a Second Language
Development of English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills with an emphasis on explicit, direct grammar instruction. Vocabulary-building and writing are emphasized. Pronunciation practice and discussion of cross-cultural topics are also included.

Footnote InformationESL -244.-01: 8-week class, begins on the week of July 1, 2019. This is an online class with SOME scheduled meetings as noted in the class listing. The rest of the class can be completed independently each week on the student's own time. Students must have access to a computer, the internet and an individual email address.
