Real Estate Principles


Course Description

This course teaches the fundamental principles of real estate, including economics, law, working concepts, forms and terminology. It is a noncredit, tuition-free course that will be completed in the same class with REST 50 students covering the same course content. REST 350 is not CSU transferable and does not provide credit toward a degree. This course can be applied toward the educational requirements of the California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker license examinations.

REST-350.-61Z: Fully ONLINE. This noncredit class mirrors the noncredit class of the same number (REST 53 mirrors REST 353), therefore the course descriptions are the same. Both the credit and noncredit version of this course can be applied toward the educational requirements of the California Real Estate Salesperson and Broker license examinations. Noncredit courses cannot be used to earn an associate degree nor any college transcriptable certificates. For information about noncredit classes access https://www.deanza.edu/noncredit. This online class does not have scheduled meetings. Students can log in anytime to do the required weekly course work. Students must have access to a computer, the internet and an individual email address.
