At the end of the day, confidence is key but don’t get it twisted with ego. When you walk into a classroom, you’ll be in a more diverse group of people than your own platoon’s demographic.

You’ll have students who are younger than you straight out of high school, you’ll have 50 year old students trying to earn their degrees after decades working, and everything in between.

You have that too, if you’re not afraid to share it. You’ll be surprised how much you can teach and how much you can learn from others.

Always strive for more and bring others up with you!
