Instructor: Casey Fleming has been an appraiser, mortgage adviser, mentor and trainer since 1979. He was the president and is currently on the board of directors for the Silicon Valley chapter of the Association of Mortgage Professionals.

BELLY DANCING
FOR BEGINNERS (417*)
Middle Eastern dance and music are beautiful, exotic, challenging and fun! Students in
this class will learn hip-work articulation, shimmies, body undulations, elegant arm and hand techniques and basic Middle Eastern dance culture.  e instructor will cover a variety of dance styles from Persian, Egyptian, Turkish, Iraqi and Afghani traditions.  is class is designed to be a noncompetitive environment where students can improve their health, body image and creativity. Students will experience a thorough, safe and gentle workout while achieving balance, tone, posture awareness and strength.
Instructor: Marzieh Gachipour is an international dance performer and instructor who travels locally and internationally to compete and teach.
Cost: $144
Materials fee: $18 (payable to instructor)
Class requirements: Must be age 13 or older. Students under 18 must take this class with an adult who has also registered.
Dates and times: Sept. 19 and 26, Oct. 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31, Nov. 7, 14, 21 and 28, Dec. 5 (12 Wednesdays), 6:45-7:45 p.m.

STAY OR GO HOMEOWNER (434*)
 ere are many pieces to the “Stay or Go” puzzle for homeowners considering a transition to a new home.  is eight-week, hands-on workshop has helped hundreds
of homeowners decide if they should stay
in their homes. Students will learn how to evaluate where they are and where they are going.  e class will cover capital gains, estate and  nancial planning, reverse mortgages, investment properties, in-home care safety, basic real estate knowledge, downsizing, and the pros and cons of senior communities.
Instructor: Brian Schwatka has been a real estate agent and transition specialist with Intero Real Estate Services in Los Gatos
since 2004. He has earned the designation
of “Certi ed Senior Adviser” (CSA) and has helped hundreds of people decide if they should stay in their homes or make a transition.
Cost: $89
