Technology Plan Presentation

The Technology Committee meets once a month on the first Thursday of the month. Any technology items can be discussed at SSPBT and a representative from SSPBT can bring them to the monthly tech meeting. Mandy and White-Daniels will continue being the tech representatives for SSPBT.

White-Daniels reported on the Counseling Center

  • Developed a process and goals for Comprehensive Ed Plans
    • Should reach their goals by winter quarter
  • Developed five core teams (working groups) for the following areas:
    • Starfish
    • EduNav
    • Accreditation Self-Study
    • Creative Advising
    • Career Services

Mieso reported on Outreach

  • Taking in new students who are not already in programs on campus
    • Working on Comprehensive Ed Plans; over 1000 so far
    • Accurate data is still an issue

Phillips reported on OTI

  • Strong Workforce Initiative money will becoming in and requests/suggestions on how to use the money by the end of December are needed. This information will be compiled and placed into a report with the recommendations by Margaret Bdzil and Phillips.
