There were no amendments to the agenda or to the notes.

Accreditation Update

  • Matrix has been completed.
  • By the end of fall quarter the narrative is due.

Program Review

  • The template was reviewed and it looks good.
  • Pape will start working on placing the template in TracDat
    • Should have this done by the winter quarter.
  • Newell went over the Program Review Data tool.[BROKEN LINK]
    • A meeting can be set up with Newell to go over the data
      that is available with the tool.

Program & Committee Updates

Shears reported on DSPS

  • Will be working on priority registration for DSPS students.
  • More discussion is needed on Counselors altering Education Plans
    for DSPS students.

White-Daniels reported on the Counseling Center

  • Had an in-service meeting on EduNav.
    • Guide for students:
      • Students can choose a career or major and then place classes
        in an Ed Plan to complete this goal.
      • Can adjust classes in the ed plan by their availability.
    • Enrollment Management capability
  • Career Services Core Team
    • Development of purpose statement

  • Suggestion of a winter quarter campus wide Counselor meeting
