De Anza transcripts are provided through Credentials Solutions and should be ordered online for the quickest, most secure delivery. Many colleges and universities only accept electronic or PDF transcripts and Credentials provides these as well as mailed and tracked hard copy transcripts. Students who cannot order online, can mail or fax a request (FAX 408.864.8329), but the order will still be placed through Credentials and this may delay the process.
