About Me

Thomas David Gamburg is a produced writer and current MFA and Undergraduate Lecturer with credentials in screenwriting, creative writing and acting. Gamburg holds MFA's from UCLA and USF, has written for Russian television and has contracted for adaptations of published works of fiction.

He is the co-founder of Pulse Films and recipient of commendations from The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences Nicholl Fellowship, The Elizabeth Mills Crothers Prize for Fiction, The Judith Stronach Prize for Prose, The Julia Keith Shrout Short Story Prize and Cinema Edge Awards.

Gamburg is a conservatory-trained former professional actor (past membership in Actors Equity Association and Screen Actors Guild) credited as Thomas Alexander.
